Question 1
Typical questions about my previous experience, why I was leaving my current position, and more specific questions regarding sales experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Salesfusion (Atlanta, GA) in May 2018
Interview
After I applied online, I was approached for the initial phone interview. I was brought in for a formal interview the next day. I interviewed with both tier 2 associates first for about an hour, and then I had an interview with the director of the department (which also lasted about an hour). After the interview with the director, I was asked to shadow people within the department to gauge how well I would get along with the team. It also gave me a good indication of what "a day in the life" would look like. The interview was completely mutual in the sense that not only was I being interviewed see if I was a good fit for the company, but I was interviewing the company to make sure they were a good fit for me. After I shadowed with people in the department, I had a debriefing with the director in regards to what to expect next.

Question 1
Four people come to a river in the night. There is a narrow bridge, but it can only hold two people at a time. They have one torch and, because it's night, the torch has to be used when crossing the bridge. When two people cross the bridge together, they must move at the slower person's pace. What is the shortest amount of time it would take for all of them to cross the bridge?
(times for the people removed so you can't solve the logic puzzle prior to your interview - good luck!)

Interview
Going in to the interview process with Salesfusion, I felt very comfortable and prepared. The hiring manager prepared me ahead of each interview to let me know who I was interviewing with and what types of questions they would be asking me. Each interview I had felt more like a conversation than an interview. They asked relevant questions that pertained to my skill set and experience.
