Interview

Successful in 3 of 4 interviews with the client directly and really enjoyed them, then Sales First team ceased communications. Poor follow up. Very un professional. After being ghosted by the Portland office i had to reach out directly to the client who replied right away.

Really solid interview process. Got to meet with leadership as well as various team members. Owner met me out for coffee/lunch to go over final details and really give me a look behind the scenes at what I was getting into. Was very transparent about upside and pitfalls in the job

Interview

4 in person interviews with the owner and the team. Overall it was a great process that helped me learn more about the company and determine if I was ready for a big career shift. It also made me feel like I really "earned" my offer.
