I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sainsbury’s (Sheffield, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
The overall process was very smooth. They asked some basic questions like tell me about yourself, gave some situation and i answered accordingly. Told me that you will get decision within 2-3 weeks.
Super simple and friendly- basic questions about time management and past experience. One in-person interview after an online assessment prior, very encouraging environment. Questions ask for real examples to quantify the answer.
