No recruiter call or any human contact whatsoever. Was sent a technical screener with a multitude of questions about FE technologies plus a longer problem to solve - all within 90 minutes. I am neurodivergent and struggle with timing generally but I completed the challenge nevertheless. Upon submission, I sent a message through the recruitment platform to ask about reasonable adjustments but due to the anonymous nature of the process I received no reply. I attempted to reach out to some in Talen Acquisition within Sainsbury's via LinkedIn but received no reply. Over 2 weeks have gone by and I have received no mark for my submitted work, not so much as 'thanks but no thanks', no response to my query about reasonable adjustments via the hiring platform or internal recruiter. There doesn't seem to be any way of dealing with an actual human being regarding hiring at all which makes for a very poor candidate experience.
