      Customer Service Representative (CSR) Interview

      May 24, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Sago (Houston, TX) in Oct 2021

      Interview

The interview process lasted 30 minutes. Definitely, be prepared to give them a brief summary of the company. There are several questions that are scenario-based. Overall, the interview was not bad and the interviewer was pretty welcoming.
