The first interview was with the head of HR. My connection was lagging on the day of the interview, so I offered to make it a phone call with the video still running, which he promptly refused (his way or nothing). He offered to reschedule the meeting only to not show up on the day nor return my emails. After reading the Glassdoor reviews, I took it as a blessing in disguise and moved on. Fast forward 4 weeks later, I got a call from someone else in HR saying that they had put the process on hold for a while and would love to put me for a second interview with the hiring manager. She told me the interview was happening at the end of the week, she just needed to confirm availability. The week ended and no sign of them. A week later I wrote a polite email with a follow-up and was ghosted. Two weeks later, I got an automated email saying they offered the role to another candidate. The whole process was nothing but a joke. I'm not surprised they get so many negative reviews from current and former employees, that only shows the company's culture
