There was 2 round of interview both face to face. I was a lateral entry so HR found my profile from naukri. The first round was little bit tough but in the second round it was just a formality. They wanted someone who would not leave the company soon so they generally put a bond on the employees.

It was pretty relaxed environment. Interviewer was very professional and friendly! I got a tour of the whole facility and got to meet the COO. Took about two weeks to hear back.

After 3-4 days i received an email that i have been shortlisted for post of trainee mechanical engineer.
The written test was scheduled on safran campus ambalipura.

It consisted of 50 question of MCQ type and there's no negative marking for 1 hour.
Basically they ask about 10 aeronautics question, 10 question from DI, and other question from Mechanical Engineering
