Interview
A 2-hour bookkeeping exam just to be interviewed. After partaking in the first round interview, which was on Teams, I was ghosted, and all follow-up emails were ignored. Poor interview experience, especially considering it's a position for second-year university students (aged 19-20). Reflects on their work environment.

- Online tests (numerical and verbal)

- Assessment centre (group exercise, interview, numerical test, written test)
- Final partner interview (case study and interview)
application process started with a online application with competency and motivational questions, which were the standard type. Then followed the verbal and numerical test, which were also equally as hard as other firm's.
