CV screening then aptitude tests, online meeting with hr then in person assessment centre with a business oriented task to check your competence in business analytics and advisory skills. Very difficult to read the data and come up with a solution and then make a powerpoint in the time provided

Interview
-Initial 5 minute phone call, very relaxed. -Next stage is a fairly informal video call lasting about 30 minutes which goes over some more in-depth questions about yourself. -I believe then if successful, a case study/partner interview follows. I was impressed by my video interviewer who did a great job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed, however I was disappointed with Saffery Champness's communication beyond this stage. Following my video call I was told I would hear back in about a week. However, it took just over 3 weeks until they informed me that there were now no longer spaces for the start date I'd applied for, but to email back to apply for a slightly later start date. When I did that, I never heard from them again. I found this quite strange given the procedure up until this point, which seemed very good and everyone I spoke to was lovely. Delays in/ lack of communication let them down a lot for me here, and made me wonder if they just didn't want to straight up say I hadn't made the cut in the interview?

10-15 minute long telephone interview, which was a basic initial interview and tool place after first meeting the minimum requirements in their maths and literacy tests, which they asked you to complete if your initial application was successful.
