Multiple interviews with general intelligence testing along with simulated customer interactions and skills testing. Interviewer presented the position as a highly rewarding sales position which it was not. It was sold as a chance to make unlimited commissions based on sales efforts. In reality, the commission structure was so obtuse and convoluted it was difficult to grasp. It also had ceiling caps which is absurd in a sales job.

Fill out paper applicaiton. Go into a room wait for your name to be called. Go into a room take a test using the computer. Back to the room and given a script on how to sell their product. Your name is called and the impromptu sells pitch is conducted in the person to person interview.

I applied for a customer service position however they convinced me to go into sales. I'm glad I did because you make more money in sales and it's not cold calling, it's all inbound which is nice.
