I was contacted by the company early in the morning to schedule an in-person interview. Communication was a bit disorganized as I was contacted by two different phone numbers simultaneously as well as by email. During the interview, I was only asked about three questions, which were all standard interview questions. Following the interview, the hiring manager confidently assured me that they would notify me of their decision by a certain day. That day came and went until I was eventually sent an automated rejection email later in the week.
