The process involved going to the office 3 days in a row. The first interview happened to be with a high-ranking manager (which is strange seen the fact that I was scheduled to have an interview with the HR manager). The interview was really easy as only some really basic questions were asked and the interviewer kept on talking about the company and how succesfull they are and how well they are positioned in the market and so on ... We did not spend more then 2minutes going over my resume. Manager was trying to sell me this position constantly and seemed not to take care on what my answers were. The second interview was performed with a Director who spend some time going over my working experience and recurrently asked if succes and money are important to me. We did a role-play were she was selling me the products and I was the customer. It appeared at that time that this position is basically no more then a pyramid sales scheme. The more contracts you sell, the more the people above you make. You are given the impression that you will be supported and that you can advance quickly to higher levels but this implies that you have to look for your own people to come to work under you. I was handed out a sheet of paper 'detailing' the 'amazing' financial benefits they were offering, but this paper was just the proof of the feeling that I had that you are just considered as a cash-cow untill you find your own people who will want to work for you. To conclude: if you want to work in a company organized as a pyramid system, please do so, but if you look for a decent job where real chances are given, do not go there!
