Recruiting Screen with HR and then moved on to discussion with sales director. After Account Executive (sales) interview I sent two follow up messages to HR as well as a Linkedin request and message to the Sales manager. It took two weeks to get a response, the response only came when I said how disappointed I was to be ghosted after being reached out to for the position, I didn't even apply. Then was told that I'd be moved forward as an Account Manager applicant, not Account Executive (sales) because it suited my skills better. Had an interview with the Account Manager team hiring manager where she talked most of the time and didn't ask a ton of questions. She was perfectly pleasant, it was just a bit of a strange interview. Some of the people were nice but overall a confusing and disappointing interview process.
