Interview
The interview process start as earlier 10min before 8am. A few candidate standby at 7am and i'm arrived at 7.40am. There are 120 candidates make a registration and it takes about 1 hour 30 minute to complete the registration. The 5 earlier candidates start at 9.am. The interview count 5 candidate per entry and my turn only come at 1.15pm with number 10th que of the 50 candidates and my colleague were the last round for that morning. Another 70 candidates will continue at 2pm. My suggestion is please take a position as earlier as you can at least 1 hour before the interview start. Get ready earlier in the morning, don't be rushing and make sure you take the breakfast before go to interview. Don't forget to bring a bottle of water and some candies or biscuits to make you convenient during waiting process. Wearing a smart cloth, looking good and feel free make your confortable to facing the interview. Best of luck for you guys.

Involves job application and one round of interview. Usually helps when you know someone in the company and if you have the suitable personality to fit in the company. Depending on luck, application and interview process can take several weeks up to a year.
