The process was very confusing and misinformative which is very odd coming from a company of this size and reputation. I got a screening call from the recruiter only they didn't invite me to interview they said they would present my resume to the hiring manager first. They called back a week later to schedule an online interview and we're extremely inflexible regarding the time of the interview. For the interview itself, that was the worst part. The hiring manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and took 7 minutes out of the scheduled 30 mina to take a phone call. In addition to this the HM would ask a question and give me 3 seconds to answer and interrupt by asking another question or try to dismiss my experience as irrelevant. Also, the job description didn't include vital information about the role and when I attempted to ask about this the HM answered with an attitude as though I was stupid for asking such a question or would not answer my question at all. Overall a very inconsiderate process full of confusion and disinformation. I am glad I didn't move forward.
