Connected on LinkedIn. After a few months spoke to a women who asked very basic and frankly dumb question that did not pertain to the position. Finally spoke to the CEO who was in a large room on a speaker phone which made thing hard to understand. Then an 8 hour assessment which was interesting. Not a process that is typical for seasoned candidates.
