      Application

I interviewed at SWAT Mobility (Singapore) in Jan 2019

      Interview

5 Star for the Product 5 Star for the Mobile App (UX,UI) -100 Star for the Hiring Team For a company that is planning to grow, Founders of SWAT mobile (Ministry Of Movement), you guys failed to hire the Key Person to scale up. It is such a shame to say, that your Hiring Team, let me repeat that, Hiring Team, are even same par or even lower that a Student that still studying about Human Resource. This is the worst interview in my life ever, record, 10 minutes, and i finish it by withdrawing my Application. Here is why it is deserve a Legendary Badge pinned to them for their un-professionality : 1. They responded to my application, and both agreed to conduct the interview on Wednesday, 4pm (soft copy can be provided as proof). They sent an invitation, and in this invitation, shows the first thing why they needs their medicine. They sent it for Wednesday 3:30pm, while she adding a note that 4pm will be interview with them, and 4:30 will be with the BD and Ops team. I didnt bother to double check, as it is CONFIRMED on previous email at 4pm. 2. Came at 3:50pm. They emailed me at 3:40pm to check where is my location. I rang the doorbell, and its pretty neat office for Startup. 3. And, the nightmare begin. They bring with it my Resume to take notes, and that is fine. But,, they dont even bother to read someone's profile, what is my experiences, what im doing now, etc etc, like you know, a normal HR does. instead, they are always cutting my conversation everytime i talk, and worst is, they ate asking the thing that i just mentioned and described.. Want example? go ahead, scroll more. They asked me on what is my dream job initially, and i replied with "i would like to be cabin crew when i was young"... they cuts me, and asking, "what is cabin crew?"......... (ooh mammamia) "I worked in xxx ride sharing, i did the onboarding, perform the training regarding the apps, the incentives"... they comes ins and cut and asking "but did you dod the training? because that is the person we are looking for".. i was like..............................deep breath and answer with Yes.. They wont continue the interview and proceed with the 4:30pm with BD and Ops team because she found out that im unable to speak Mandarin. I never found such HR, where you immediately stop the whole process due to one issue. I cant take it too,, and i ended with saying "lets not waste each others time, and im withdrawing my application" My thought to this company.....what are you doing with HR? Im not sure why this person could be hired in the first place? Dont trust me? go ahead and assess it yourself. Go get your COO or CEO talk to her, get the other staff feedback, and get the new hirer feedback
