They are short of staff and the candidate pool is very competitive so the interview process was short. After filling out application on line, they reach out very quickly if you have experience, however, I feel they can do more vetting before the candidate applications are forwarded to the store managers for review due to very busy day schedules and demands the retail office managers have.
