      The company appears to target experienced professionals from competitors but offers compensation significantly below market standards (junior-level pay). • There is no dedicated HR team, leading to a highly unprofessional and disorganized process. The leadership handles recruitment but lacks the necessary communication skills and emotional intelligence to engage with candidates. • After a long period of silence (1 month), the CEO attempted to demean my professional expertise to justify a low-ball offer. This "negging" tactic is a massive red flag for the company's internal culture. • Misleading working hours, were inconsistent. Expect the "real" workload and extended hours to be hidden until the very final stage. Current insiders suggest a culture of extreme overtime until 3-4 AM. • Correspondence from the CEO is often abrupt, dismissive, and lacks basic professional courtesy.
