      Administrator Interview

      Feb 7, 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at STR

      Interview

Their interview process is haphazard and a bit unprofessional. Scheduling the first interview was messy. I provided many different windows of time and days and the only one time they wanted to schedule was of course outside of my given availability. The first interview with two managers - one of them was great, the other was yawning most of the meeting and then randomly dropped off with no warning as if it was such an inconvenience. They then came back a few days later inviting me for a second round and asked for availability. I figured maybe they are still getting their stuff together so I obliged. They confirmed receipt and said it would be set up. I heard nothing back until a week later when I got a generic "thanks but no thanks" email. Bullet dodged.
