HR screening followed by separate 1st round interviews with three higher up employees. Was then assigned a trial project with ideas for social media content. Submitted trial project then had 2nd follow up interview with the hiring manager.

The interviews were pretty standard but got repetitive after a couple rounds, and the assessment was way to extensive for a candidate. The interview process was fairly drawn out and consisted of multiple rounds of personality tests, questionnaires and interviews. It also included a fairly lengthy project that was realistically four mini projects with minimal direction.
