Started strong by the Director showing up late to the call. This individual rested their head on their hand for their entire introduction, Throughout the interview excessively yawning directly in the camera and rubbing their eyes like it was a long night out. Mind, this interview was in the middle of the week in the later morning hours. Got stuck on minor details of the story and asked me to speak to others' experiences, which I mentioned would be inappropriate. Not only did I gather this individual was extremely tired, but they also had no idea what time the interview was for. I didn't ask many questions because I knew this individual wasn't listening or was interested. Unfortunately, I was really turned off by this which is a bummer because the Hiring Manager was absolutely amazing.
