I applied through their website, and the manager got back to me asking for a time that would work for me through given times. They then sent me a confirmation of the interview and more details as to where the interview would be and at what time. I then went to give the interview where I was interviewed by one of the managers. She first gave me details about the company, and the expectations. She then proceeded to ask me questions about why I want this job, etc.
