It was okay, I had to answer their set list of questions. At the end, there was an option to ask my own questions, which gave me useful clarity and made the process feel more interactive overall.

The first couple of rounds went well but then after getting through the harder stuff they gave me an online Microsoft Word assessment. I've been using since it came on the market. I've been doing office based work for nearly 40 years. I don't use short cuts or codes, so failed the assessment and got a comment 'not competent to work in an office'!
