Email - Screening questions Skill Test that included word, excel and outlook. (Easy if you have worked in op previously). Logical test that was 40 questions in 12 minutes. Including identifying mathematical patterns, logical situations solutions etc (18 seconds per question). -I can bet my life no one in the OP department can solve/pass that test. Lol This company seems very outdated in their HR approaches, and depersonalized. I can only imagine what is like to work there. I really wanted the job but after reading all the reviews I’m glad they passed me by. Dodged the bullet. With patience I found an incredible job making over 35% more of what they had ranged elsewhere and thriving!
