I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SPS Commerce (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied through a local recruiting company. Fairly typical process including an initial screening from an HR rep, followed by another phone conversation with a director. Then they invited me in where I again met with the HR rep, followed by a couple developers and senior engineer, then a couple director level managers. Nothing very technical, primarily about past, future, and current technologies. This was followed by another in-person interview a week later with another senior engineer, another director, and the VP of web apps -- by this time I was pretty much out of any questions I had for them, so I didn't have much to say and didn't want to waste his time since he appeared busy - sneaking looks at his computer and phone during the interview.

Question 1
Several questions were about my experience with AWS, Django and AngularJS (even though Django and Angular was not even mentioned in the job description I was given by the recruiter).
HR was clear and polite. Had a nice talk about advanced topics in the programming language that I was hired for. Overall had a great experience. Nice people to work with.

Interview
Went though several phone interviews before I stopped the process. First interview was quick and easy, screener. The second interview was with other senior engineers and a director. This was far more technical but still pretty easy going and more of a fun conversation.
Ultimately we stopped the interview process once it became clear SPS would not be able to meet my salary expectations.
