      Interview

      Initial phone interview, then an in-person where I got to meet the team and ask them questions. Final interview was with the CEO. The whole process took less than a month. The interviews were structured, but felt like a conversation rather than an interrogation, which was nice. Definitely left feeling like I had a good idea of what work would be like there and could make an educated choice if I were given an offer.

      The interview process was seamless and well thought out. Chereen was an amazing Recruiter to work with. She was transparent with me throughout the entire process and kept things moving along. Definitely the best Recruiter I have ever worked with. Interviews were very conversational and welcoming in nature which made it a positive experience.

      Interview

      The interview process was straightforward. I was asked to fill out a short questionnaire and then had several rounds of video interviews. The interviews themselves were mostly conversational which was appreciated. All of the questions asked were thoughtful and relevant to role and skillset. It’s definitely harder to gauge some things via video so having multiple interviews was actually welcomed on my part. It was very clear early on that this is a close knit team and all want to win together.
