I had a face-to-face meeting with the editor, and it was quite relaxed and informal, they were very friendly and asked basic questions about availability and why I wanted to join the company.

Why do you want to be a journalist, what experience do you offer
I was asked to introduce myself, as well as some questions regarding what I know about being a journalist. The interviewers were friendly and willing to share more about their day-to-day operations.
Do note that if you are shortlisted, you will have to go through a second round of interview which involves a writing test.

There was a round of face-to-face interviews conducted on site with the supervisors, followed by a written test on a separate day. The written test was conducted on site over four hours and covered areas such as translation, identifying incorrect words, and short essay writing.
