SPG Therapy & Education interview questions

HR first reached out by email and helped me schedule a virtual interview with the director of physical therapy. The interview itself was conversational and focused on my pediatric experience, patient-family communication, and scheduling availability. After the interview I was invited for a half-day shadowing experience to meet the team, observe treatment sessions, and decide if it felt like a good fit. I received an offer shortly afterward.

The interview process was multiple rounds over the course of two or three weeks. They responded quickly to the application. SPG therapy and education along with the school district both held interviews prior to offer.
