We're so sorry for the experience you've described here!
The company has been around since the 70's and we have a crazy mix of demographics, from those experienced employees who have been around 20+ years, to recent graduate, short timers. It’s inconceivable our Team would allow Hiring Managers to discount anyone based on age, but we take those concerns seriously and hope all our candidates know they are welcome to reach out to their Recruiter or the Hiring Managers directly, to get feedback on the interview and our decision.
We want to thank you for the honest feedback. As a company, it’s not just good business practices that make us ensure we're being above board in our hiring decisions, but we're people too and should also be governed by the golden rule... treat others as you wish to be treated. We apologize that your time and effort to meet with us were not respected and we regret that anyone should be made to feel less in any situation, much less meeting with our representatives.
