I was recruited through a recruitment agency- then had to attend 2 interviews with store manager and store owners. Store manager then gave a tour of the store and its service departments. Thereafter I had to complete a detailed personality test. Weeks later my recruiter phoned me to inform me I had the job.

It's Easy going. But one thing is they take time with everything. No feedback in regards to the process they tell you they'll give feedback but never do. They just sadly lack organisation.
