Interview
It's a one round interview with the call centre manager plus the HR representative. Its a group interview, meaning they interview all the candidates together. After clearing the interview, there is a mock call test, which is the final selection process, the whole process takes only about 1-2 hours max.

They only ask about your previous job experience, but that do not want to hear stuff like you plan to internal transfer to other departments even thou its a huge organisation.
