I applied online. I interviewed at SOTA Weightloss
Interview
Had an initial interview via zoom by a recruiter. Then was interviewed by the owner in person at one of the locations. After interviewing with the owner, I received a call from the onboarding person to get things setup.

Question 1
A plethora of questions. The owner was asking me questions so fast I didn't even have time to respond.

Interview
Their "interview" process is a JOKE. The first "interview" started 17 minutes late, was a group interview, and the two employees conducting the interview asked us literally one question and nothing else. They asked us if we had any questions and only gave us the answer to the one question we had, then ended it. In total, the first "interview" lasted maybe 12 minutes..
The second interview was only worse; all the employees seemed SUPER catty, superficial, and VERY unprofessional. I was asked to shadow for a "work interview", and the manager didn't even ask me a single question about myself or my previous work experience. I honestly didn't even want the position at that point, but I needed at least a temporary job to find something better due to COVID. Considering my previous work experience is significantly higher than what this position consisted of, I'm convinced I didn't get the job for my lack of botox and designer clothing and accessories that all the other employees possessed.
I could go on and on for another paragraph, but I'll just leave it at that. Considering stories one of the girls told me about her experience working there, lets just say I'm happy I didn't receive the position.

Question 1
"So, what's your story?".... literally the only question they ever asked me.

Interview
The interview was done as a group interview: the doctor in charge gathered a group of applicants and "interviewed" us that way. I put "interview" in quotes because truthfully, he spent most of the time talking about himself and the business. As candidates for the job, we took turns answering one or two questions, then completed some basic job assessments (including a simple math test about payment plans and ability to file/retrieve folders.)
It was a strange experience.
