SOCi Remote Full Stack Engineer interview questions

The interview process was split across 4 stages over a 2 week period. Stage 1 - An online test which was there to determine basic knowledge, your character as well as the ability to think for yourself and understand what you were actually tasked with doing. Stage 2 - A 1 on 1 online character interview. Stage 3 - An online development test in a mob environment that went for 1 hour and tested more basic knowledge as well as the ability to communicate and problem solve. Stage 4 - An online development test in a mob environment that went for 2 hours and tested the ability to communicate as well as think of a variety of possible solutions to the proposed problems and a demonstration of radical candor.
