Interview
The interview process seems to be normal for these days. Talk to HR, do an online assessment, meet them in person, take an accounting assessment, do a background check and drug test when you start. People are friendly and honest about what to expect about working there when interviewed. Small company and looks like everyone worked hard but seemed happy. The offices are nice.

Interview
The have three steps process for the interview .The first on is very simple meeting up with the Lady and she ask simple and behavior questions. Third one their engineers are very sucks . They from Italy .They don't know how to speak English . Even the test they let you take is a stupid test that has been translate in english and it does not make sense at all. They need some one who knows electrical,mechanical knowledge at the same time. It is against the code of ethics. Even if you are an american engineer you have the job with them ,it will be very difficult to be successful because they are Italian and their english comprehensive is very mediocre .
