SIHO Insurance Services interview questions

There were a total of two interviews. During the first, it was with the manager and supervisor of the department and they asked typical interview questions. The second interview was mock phone calls.

I had one interview with 2 managers. It was very easy going, definitely more of a conversation than an interview. They were interested in my experience and asked what I was most interested in gaining from employment there. They also spoke on my personality test results (which I was required to take before the interview).
