I was asked about previous experience and applicable skills.
The interview process consisted of an initial video call with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring team. The HR conversation focused on my background, experience, and interest in the role.

The interviewer asked me to walk through my background, discuss my understanding of the company, and share an example of a major challenge I encountered and the steps I took to overcome it.

As a disclaimer -- failed the interview however, I went through three rounds, so I was pretty confident. I think they are looking for interns that really align with their company since they are pretty specialized, so I think if you have a strong interest in the company and the field you will be okay.
