Interview
Two to three interviews first a questionnaire then competency based interview followed by second interview to include presentation on something you're passionate about. Tough don't expect to get it easy they only hire the best they'll try and get a rise out of you but it's best to react professionally and to just be confident in your ability. Honesty is very important so don't do anything that will make them doubt your integrity and it's a care value of the company. They are very family oriebtated and are keen to train and foster natural talent.

CV heavily grilled for gaps, questions based on questions ire like what's your favourite gadget, have you ever lied to a friend and why? Depending on who you meet with the managers all look for people similar to those who work for us all ready and loads of sales experience isn't necessary and they'll train you fully
