Most communication is done via whatsapp, which is very suspicious to me. They offered to interview me for another position on top of the one i applied for. Something is very unprofessional about the HR processes. Quite a bad and difficult experience with SGE.. as they kept reaching out after i sent my rejection to ask me to reconsider... doesn't reflect well on them... interviews are always a 2-way street, no matter what situation people are in, they deserve to choose where they want to work..
Straight forward questions, no surprises or tests, calming environment and interviewers look happy in their jobs. Only 1 interview compared to many rounds of interviews in other companies. Positive experience overall.
Genuine interviewers trying to get to know you. Questions asked were quite typical. Very pleasant experience. The process was quick from the time of application to offer. HR was responsive to my queries.

Interviewing here feels like being interrogated, very intimidating and some questions are redundant. Consider asking questions that are relevant to the functions and the role, describing the details and expectations of each line in your job description.
