After the resume screen, I received an online assesment with with logic questions. The questions were very easy, but the time limit could be an issue for some applicants (45 questions / 20 min). None of the questions required any advanced math / statistics. After passing the assesment, I was invited to a 40 min phone call with the CEO. We had a great conversation about my background and SG CAP, which made me feel valued as a potential team member. One aspect that genuinely stood out for me was their strong emphasis on philanthropy. Their dedication to giving back to the community showcased a sense of social responsibility that sets them apart from the majority of other firms. As someone who values contributing positively to society, this aspect resonated deeply with me and made SG Cap an even more attractive prospect. I have not heard back from them since our phone call, but am hoping to hear back from them soon.

Send you a logic test to take. Spent 45 minutes working on the quiz. No response, then a very generic email exactly a week after taking the test saying there "are many qualified applicants".
