Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, interviewed by her, and then included in an early round of 10 candidates. The interview was with four board members via Zoom. It was an interesting and fun conversation. I wasn't really ready to leave my job or my city, but it was an exciting opportunity with an interesting organization.

Interview
I applied online on their website. A few days later I received an email asking for an in-person interview and which days I would be available. The interview was formal- there was a brief introduction about the company which led into questions about my skills.
