Super wasteful of people’s time! I had a phone interview, which was very normal. They invited me in for an in-person interview, which was also very normal. They said they would get back to me in a week, but never did! I reached out to them several times within the next 2 weeks, and they kept responding saying they would let me know next week, next week. They ultimately never got back to me; they didn’t even take the time to send a quick rejection email, even after I had taken time off work and traveled all the way out to SF to interview with them! Super rude and unprofessional. The actual interviews were positive and pretty standard, but they obviously do not take their candidates seriously enough (or care enough!) to take 3 seconds to let them know they’ve moved on in the hiring process. It’s unfortunate to spend so much time waiting for a response that never comes!! Would not recommend, which is a bummer because they do cool work.
