I first submitted my resume through career builder and about 30 minutes later got a phone call from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. I had the phone interview with a current executive coordinator which lasted about 15 minutes. I moved to the next steps of the interview which is face to face where I interviewed with the same executive coordinator that I did my phone interview with. During my face to face interview there were a lot of other people coming in to interview as well. The office was crowded. Everyone was very nice and professional. After this face to face interview I moved on the next step of actually seeing other executive coordinator trainee's at work at Sam's Club. After observing them for a while I had another interview in Sam's Club with another executive coordinator trainee. She explained their methods of marketing and all about the company and training and pay. She highlighted possible trips that the company pays for and etc. After that interview I was asked to email the interview with answers to a couple of questions relating to what she explained about the organization during the interview. The next day I received another phone call from a different person asking me follow up questions. By this time, I had decided that this was not a company that I would be willing to work for so I declined to speak to her any further. I advise any candidate to just be aware that any company that is always hiring is also getting a lot of turnover meaning a lot of people are quitting. I'm not saying that this is a scam, but I think that they are looking for young hopeful graduates to do the hard work of this business while paying them with high hopes and little money.
