Interview
3 people taking turns asking questions around scenarios and behavioural responses. Conversational style, questions related to the specifics of the role as well as broader 'what would you do' style questions. Was completely ghosted after the interview, not even a follow up "thanks but not thanks" despite it seeming like a friendly interview.

Interview
First I had a Skype interview with an HR representative. This was informal and most of the questions were getting to know you' questions. The second interview was also on Skype with the Director. This consisted of more questions about past experience and desired salary. Both interviewers were relaxed and it was very conversational.
I applied online. I interviewed at SEEK (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
Intense interview with hiring manager that started with written tests and some data analysis tasks. You have to make a presentation to a hiring manager based on the task. After that, there is a round of peer interview.
the whole process was so lengthy and overall a horrible experience, i wanted to leave midway since it was such a waste of time. The interviewers look at you some way like you dont know anything. No respect and decency. Love drilling you on questions that you already said you are not sure of to make you look not very intelligent. There is obviously something wrong with the culture there, after talking to the hiring managers, i had the opportunity to talk to colleagues, and they were giving off same vibes. Seems like SEEK is just practicing arrogance.
