Interview
Had the first interview with HR, then had another interview with the store manager. Everything was going well, the process was smooth. However, the manager mentioned next steps and I should hear something back from the HR team. I heard nothing from them at all! They didn't respond back to my email. Companies should be honest, and say that they are moving on with another candidate. Instead they have you leaving with hope and waiting around. The interview was more of a conversation and vibe check.

Interview
Super quick response from a very upbeat and energic recruiter. He was very thorough about the job details and expectations. The schedule didn't work for me though, and I didn't proceed with the next steps. He made the interview feel like a conversation and not an interview.
