There was no interview. They just sent us an offer letter because we were already in the position from the previous contract. It was either accept the offer or am out of a job.

Applied for this position after a year out of college. The interview was typical one round interview where they go through our resume explain the job and find out what your objectives are if you get the job.

What new processes do you think you can bring to the job?
There was no interview process as they had to carry over all the employees from the previous contract as required by the Federal contract. They emailed us an acceptance letter with a salary action offer and told us what they wanted to pay us if we accepted the job then we had to email the acceptance letter with a signature back to the company.
