Applied in person at the office. I took a test that asked basic questions about various landmarks around the city and street directions. I assume this was to gage if you had a good sense of direction. If you passed, you had a in-person interview with a driver coordinator. Here, I was asked basic questions about dealing with people specifically, seniors and challenged folks.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SCR in May 2012
