After a positive phone interview, an in-person interview was scheduled within the next couple of weeks. This encompassed interviewing with 4 different people over the course of 4+ hours. This included the HR person, and 3 people in IT. While I thought the process was okay, still not certain they knew what they were looking for. The job requirements and skills should have been more specific as opposed to the technology shopping list they provided. In addition, one of the interviewers seemed to have his own agenda, and didn't really seem to be listening to the answers, more concerned about moving to his next question. I think the most disappointing thing was they completely ghosted me after the interview. I didn't receive any feedback and can only assume they selected another candidate.
