It was an assessment day with several interviews and tests, including a group exercise and an English test. We also watched a short presentation about the company and its values.
First step, which normally is a HR screening, is done as a video interview with predetermined questions you answer and record. After that a hiring manager interview. To record answers felt awkward but in the second interview it was clear that the hiring manager had listened in to all my answers.

The assessment day consists of 2 parts. First part includes an introduction to the company and what you can expect from the job. Then an easy multiple choice English test, and a group activity. If you pass that then you will get to the personal interview which is around 15-20 minutes.
