There is also a screening process and fingerprints taken. They also do references check before getting offer

Interview process was quick and easy. Panel was very nice and understanding. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Process took almost 2 months as there are background checks that they had to do before I received the contract and accepted the offer.
